Only scan what you’re allowed to
You may submit a URL to BreachProbe only if you own the application or are explicitly authorised to run a security test against it. By checking the authorisation box before a scan, you confirm this. Scanning systems you do not own or have permission to test may be illegal in your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for that decision.
What the scan is and isn’t
BreachProbe performs read-only checks and a controlled cross-tenant probe using disposable accounts. It does not attempt to exploit, modify, or damage your application or data. A passing score is not a guarantee of security — it means the checks we run found no issues, not that none exist. A failing score is a strong signal to act, not a legal finding.
Payments
Reports are a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Because a report is generated and delivered immediately on payment, sales are final; if a report fails to generate, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund it.
No warranty; limitation of liability
BreachProbe is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from acting (or not acting) on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
